Currently, we accept PayPal, Visa, and LianLian Pay. All transactions are securely encrypted for your protection, so you can shop with confidence.

How long does it take to ship after ordering? How long for international delivery? Is tracking available?

Shipping Information
Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you are located. We deliver to hundreds of customers worldwide every day and are committed to offering you services of the highest standard.

In general, orders are processed within 1–2 business days after being placed and will be shipped within 3–5 days after purchase. International deliveries usually take 5–10 business days depending on the destination.

Some popular items can be shipped within 24 hours. If you are in a hurry, please contact our customer service team before placing your order for specific shipping times. We believe you will find the wait worthwhile.

What is your returns and exchange policy if I’m not satisfied or the item is faulty? Who pays the return shipping?

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after the receipt of the product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item, and I will assist you with the return or exchange. However, please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our transit station.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hellochicoraco@gmail.com.

Can you source and list items I find on social media? How does the “Submit a Find” process work?

If you come across an accessory you love on social media, here’s how the “Submit a Find” process works:

  1. Save a screenshot or link of the accessory you found on IG/TikTok.
  2. Submit it via IG/TikTok DM or through the “Submit a Find” form on our website (please note your country and preferred budget range).
  3. Response time: I’ll acknowledge your request within 24–72 hours, and within 3–7 business days confirm whether I can source it and let you know about pre-order or restock options.
  4. Stock & Availability: Most items are produced in small batches or limited runs. Once sold out, they may not be restocked immediately. I decide on restocks or alternatives based on customer feedback.
  5. After-sales & Quality Promise: Every item is personally tested and quality-checked by me before listing. If you encounter any issues, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item for return/exchange support (return shipping cost borne by buyer).

Do you run pre-orders or small-batch launches? Can I reserve an item in advance?


Yes, some styles are released in small batches or as pre-orders. First come, first served! If you really want something, DM me to reserve.

How should I care for and clean the products? (Care tips for eyewear / scarves / hair /Hats accessories)

Why Accessory Care Matters?

Proper accessory care extends product life and ensures your outfits always shine. Regular cleaning and storage keep your eyewear, scarves, hair accessories, and hats in perfect condition.

1️⃣ (Eyewear)

  • Daily Cleaning: Wipe gently with a microfiber cloth. Avoid tissues or clothing to prevent scratches.
  • Deep Cleaning: Rinse lenses with lukewarm water and mild soap, then air dry.
  • Storage Tip: Always store in a protective case, away from keys or hard objects.
  • Note: Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or high heat (like in cars).

2️⃣ (Scarves & Shawls)

  • Hand Wash Preferred: Use cold water and gentle silk detergent, wash softly without twisting.
  • Machine Wash: If necessary, use a laundry bag on delicate cycle with cold water.
  • Drying: Lay flat to dry, avoid wringing or direct sunlight.
  • Ironing: Use low heat and place a cotton cloth between iron and scarf.

3️⃣ (Hair Accessories)

  • Daily Care: Keep dry, avoid long exposure to humidity or makeup.
  • Cleaning: For metal/resin clips, wipe gently with a damp cloth. For fabric headbands, hand wash with mild detergent.
  • Storage: Keep away from sharp objects to prevent scratches or deformation.

4️⃣ (Hats & Caps)

  • Dusting: Use a soft brush to gently remove dust.
  • Fabric Hats: Spot clean with damp cloth or hand wash with mild detergent.
  • Straw/Wool Hats: Do not submerge in water. Use damp cloth for spot cleaning or take to a dry cleaner.
  • Storage: Avoid heavy pressure to maintain shape. Store in a hat box or on a stand.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift-note services? Are these items suitable as gifts?

Yes. Just leave a note at checkout for “gift wrapping” and I’ll prepare a lovely package, with an optional handwritten card.

Most of our eyewear and hats are one-size-fits-most. If an item has special sizing, it will be clearly noted in the product details.
